A special SQL Server Event on Nov 22 (Saturday) at Microsoft Bangalore

Hi There,

Hope you are doing well.

Hope you are doing well.

I am back to India after a hectic 3-week trip to US for MVP Summit, PASS Summit and loads of other things. My session at PASS Summit went really well! I will talk about that in another blog post sometime next week.

In this letter, I want to make you aware of a special SQL event that SQLMaestros.com is organizing on Nov 22, Saturday at Microsoft Bangalore.

The premise is as follows: I delivered one of my best breakout sessions at TechEd North America 2014 in Houston this year– “Mind Your IO: Resource Governor Shows You How”. It was top-rated. I delivered the same session at PASS Summit 2014 last week in Seattle with refreshed content. Both sessions were one hour each. I have now combined the content of both these sessions to create an extended two hour spotlight session with some awesome demos. This two hour session will be delivered LIVE by me on Saturday, 22 November at Microsoft Embassy building (at Embassy Golf Link Business Park) in MPR Krishna room from 9.00 am to 12 noon with a break in between. And it’s FREE. Yes, attendees pay for TechEd & PASS! This is a special event for the SQL Community. Register now to block your seat! AND MAKE SURE YOU ATTEND. THIS IS UNMISSABLE – I WILL ROCK THE STAGE, I PROMISE, IT WILL BE WORTH YOUR TIME :)

And I hope you have already registered for our webcast on Extended Events happening on Nov 19. In case you missed it, you can still register. Click Here to register.

I am excited that the dates for SQL Server Performance Tuning Master Class from December 8 to 12 is coming closer. We still have 3 seats! Talk to your boss today if you want to attend this Master Class on SQL Server! And if you are the boss send your people to this class to learn some REAL stuff about SQL Server Performance Tuning! Here are all the details about the class!

And a word about our rockstars at SQLServerGeeks.com. Manu, Ahamd, Kanchan & Prince – all core team members, had started off “One a Day” series and all of them have reached half-century milestone for their series. Yes, 50 blog posts in a series! Truly commendable and hats off to them! In case you want to be an author, just drop an email to admin[at]sqlservergeeks[dot]com.
