Amit R S Bansal is a Director & Principal Consultant at eDominer Systems & Peopleware India. He leads the SQL & BI practice at eDominer with a much focused team providing consulting, training, content development & SQL support services to more than 120+ SQL Server customers globally. A veteran in SQL Server & related technologies, he is one of the most sought after consultant, trainer, writer, speaker & evangelist on SQL Server. A seasoned speaker; he frequently speaks at major events and conferences including Microsoft TechEd North America & Microsoft TechEd Europe. His session at TechEd North America 2014 was voted in ‘TechEd Top Ten’ at 4th position. His previous sessions at TechED North America 2012 & TechED Europe 2013 were top-rated in Data Platform track. Over the last 10 years, he has worked on countless SQL Server projects, consulted, trained & mentored more than 9000 IT professionals on SQL Server, delivered more than 500 workshops for 120+ SQL Server enterprise customers. Apart from holding many Microsoft credentials, Amit is the first and the only Microsoft Certified Master of SQL Server in India (outside Microsoft). He is also a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) awardee on SQL Server holding the status since 2007. He is also one of the first Microsoft Certified Trainer in India holding the credential since 2002. Amit has also authored SQL content for Microsoft and worked on critical POCs for Microsoft in India. As a Subject Matter Expert, Amit has “done it all” when it comes to SQL Server. In his early years, Amit spent time with his brother Vineet Bansal (CEO of eDominer), in architecting EXPAND smERP (a popular ERP product in India) on Microsoft.NET & SQL Server stack.

Amit is also the founder of www.SQLServerGeeks.com and has played an instrumental role in energizing the SQL community in India. SQLServerGeeks.com is the only SQL community in India that organizes free SQL Server Day events pan-India. SQLServerGeeks.com clocks more than 1.5 million page views per month and has the largest FB group on SQL Server. SQLServerGeeks, to its credit, organized Asia’s First SQL Conference, SQLServerGeeks Annual Summit 2015. Amit was the architect behind the conference.

Amit along with his family also runs charitable organization Mahadevi Foundation.

Currently, Amit is working on his new venture, SQLMaestros – all things SQL Server.

    Sir,

    I wanted to know about SQLMaestro Classes which is going to held on 20-24 April2015 at Pune…I had a query regarding that…Is that PAID training is free for Government Officer who is being nominated by Respective Government department for the course…
